I'd like to see the unresolved comments displayed in the PDF export as follows (this is important for our workflow to comply with the Building Safety Act):

* On the title page, provide a summary showing the total number of unresolved comments.

* In the document index, show the total number of unresolved comments for each section.

* Within each section, print the total number of unresolved comments next to the section title.
