It would be very nice to get a hyperlinked "Table of Contents", "Table Index" and "List of figures" by printing the BEP as a pdf. These Tables must have (as a minimum) the page number and a formatted form.

New Index Page added to PDF options.
This Index page will list (if selected) Project Info, Teams Page and all of the selected documents.
Hyperlinks will also be added to the list.
Marking "Table of Contents" complete this Idea.
