Convert document Category into Section

There should be a way to convert a document Category into Section and vice versa.

Hi Marcin Klocek (traveller pl) If you convert a section back to a category, what do you expect to happen to the content of that section? Should we just notify/warn the user that the content will be deleted, or do you expect the content to be retained in some way?

Did you know that you can use a section at a category level with content in it, so it acts like the same hierarchy as the category? Here's an example:
