The applicability section is not yet functioning entirely correctly. Filtering based on the entity and bSDD NL-SfB Table 1 is a step in the right direction, but it still remains somewhat vague. An additional filter should be added here, for example IfcName (as used in Revit). This would allow the IDS to perform much more targeted checks.
The question then is: where should this be defined? I personally think it could be added as a heading within the Information Requirement, but this is not a very logical place. Placing it elsewhere, however, may cause a lot of confusion.
Since IfcName must be defined for every element, Scope might be a more suitable location. For example, if you have different types of bricks with different masonry bonds, you want to be able to specify this correctly.
Therefore, I believe that within Scope, it should be linked to view preferences, and that within the project settings it should be possible to define your own custom property set.
